The Adamawa State Agribusiness Support (ADAS) Programme is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) designed to integrate smallholder producers into domestic and global supply chains. The main aim of the Programme is to promote smallholder commercialization by fostering productive business linkages between smallholder farmers and selected agribusiness firms through a demand-led approach.

ADAS program was designed to take full advantage of the agricultural potentials within the state and will focus on livestock subsector among other areas so as to boost the economy of the state.
The program will generate 750,000 direct and 1.5 million indirect jobs for the Adamawa people.
To increase the annual IGR from 8.3b on inception to 45b by the tenth year, and increase in Gross Domestic Product GDP from 1.7 billion naira to 7.8 trillion.
ADAS PROGRAMME LIMITED was incorporated in Nigeria on July 6, 2021, as a company limited by shares with a paid-up capital of N1,000,000 and issued ordinary shares of 1,000,000 units. The company was incorporated to raise capital for the purpose of financing projects to be identified by the Adamawa State Government, in accordance with the applicable laws of Adamawa State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Company shall secure the repayment of money borrowed, raised or owed.
The program was designed by the Arewa Research and Development Project (ARDP) is still serving as the Technical Consultant to the Programme.
